MEA (Mono-Ethanol-Amine)

Ethanolamine is commonly called Mono-Ethanol-Amine or MEA in order to be distinguished from Di-Ethanol-Amine (DEA) and Tri-Ethanol-Amine (TEA). It is used as feedstock in the production of detergents, emulsifiers, polishes, pharmaceuticals, corrosion inhibitors, and chemical intermediates.
